The S is for satellite but could just an easily stand for'smart'. The 6110S is a tiny multipurpose speaker that can be used in a wide range of applications. The backside is fitted with a small hock which makes it a snap to wall mount the speaker.
A great upgrade for small systems
You can use the 6110S with almost any amplifiers. If you have a cheap stereo from a supermarket you can look forward to much more life and energy in your music and movies. 6110S simply sounds a lot better than most of the speakers that come in the box with the all-in-one systems. Combine it with a better amplifier and you will be surprised by actually how much sound this small speaker can produce.
With its modest size and a bass driver of 3.5' the 6110S is not a bass filled speaker. But if you combine it with a small active subwoofer you will have all the bass you can wish for. And at the same time you get a solution which is inexpensive and elegant regardless if your system is stereo or home theatre.
